So, through studying the ride performance and safety of the car on the rubberhump of the highway, not only is the efficacy improved, but also the car safety and trafficsafety is insured available, which is of great significance to the vehicle riding safety onroad.Based on the whole car parameters chosen, then use the many-body dynamics softwareADAMS/CAR model, build the front suspension subsystem, rear suspension subsystem,steering subsystem, power transmission subsystem, breaking subsystem, tyre and car bodysubsystem, in the end build the whole car model and debug it to meet the needs of Virtual Simulate Experiment.The A-class road model that includes many highway rubber hump is built based on thetype of the chosen rubber rump of the model Road Building in ADAMS/CAR., then the3DRoad whole car simulation analysis test is carried with the virtual simulation car. Eachevaluating indicator curve and data are got from the post-processor in ADAMS/Postprocessor.In order to control the speed efficiently and insure the rid performance and safety when thecar pass the rubber hump, the date must be finish analyzed.This thesis make generally simulation analyze on Coupling System Dynamics when thecar pass through the rubber hump fast, get the reasonable rubber hump size and thecontinuous arrangement interval on the highway,and save the physical test period, reduce thephysical cost, provide the theory basis for the physical test.
