Study On The Dynamic Process Of Humping Hump Marshalling Station

The marshalling station,the production plant of the railway freight train,plays a vital role in the production of railway transportation and the delivery speed of the goods.Therefore,the operation efficiency and safety level of the marshalling station are related to the safety of railway transportation and the efficiency of railway freight transportation.The hump as the core of the marshalling station,the security and efficiency of the hump operation level is an important index to measure the operation efficiency of the marshalling station.In the hump operation,running vehicles rolling speed control level,the relationship between vehicle speed and the disintegration of the humping rolling vehicle safety.The vehicle control effect by many factors from the humping speed,this paper analyzes the automatic hump control vehicle control system,speed control and speed control system of the equipment,to ensure the safety of running vehicles,the need to coordinate the cooperation between different systems.While previous research in humping speed,just do the analysis of individual aspects,ignoring the humping vehicle speed control process is an integrated control system,this paper studies the humping vehicle speed control,are analyzed from the following aspects:In the analysis of running vehicles by force,based on the calculation of basic resistance,the predecessor to the running vehicles,switch resistance and wind resistance resistance curve method,the force with force as running vehicles by analysis.But the previous mechanical analysis in the group of running when the vehicle as a single hump individual,ignore each other between the vehicle crew force and force the particle at different planes,the running vehicles as rigid body,the rolling when the resultant force for analysis,to determine the force of particle the position and size of the resultant force.Analysis of the speed of running vehicles when considering the running vehicles air resistance and wind resistance is uncertain factors,uniform linear motion model is first established to determine the running vehicles,rolling speed and the relationship between the resistance of the vehicle,and the vehicle rolling the air resistance and wind resistance as even change force and non-uniform changes,were discussed,the uniformly variable motion velocity model of the vehicle and the non uniformly variable motion model.The speed of stress into under the rolling vehicle model,interval speed principle and purpose of adjusting principle of adding running vehicles,interval speed model and objective control model of uniform variable and non uniform variable that the running vehicles.The use of the speed control model,using the relevant data of Lanzhou north station,analyzes the stress of humping vehicles,the speed vehicle in the running process of the distance graph,according to the force on the admissibility of process analysis,analysis of rolling speed in different positions of the rolling vehicle,determine the vehicle in different parts the speed reducer through,whether you need to apply a braking force to the vehicle,the vehicle can ensure safe and accurate vehicle track and stay connected.The analysis of velocity model of humping vehicle speed control principle,the rolling process of vehicle stress by computer simulation,not only can guarantee the safety of vehicles in the fast hump connection;can also verify the rationality of the new hump,determine the slope and the slope of the high hump humping design is reasonable;to train station the staff’s daily work,help employees can reasonably apply a braking force of running vehicles,insure the workers’ working efficiency;teaching training of operation organization of professional students,help students to hold the field operations related to the principle of palm.The humping vehicle rolling speed control principle were analyzed,has important practical significance and scientific value.
