Research On Chinese Expressway Management System

The highway, an inevitable outcome of social and economic development to a certainstage, plays a basic role in carrying on the operation of the national economy development.Now it has become the embodiment of the level of modernization of a country. Regionalhighway construction on behalf of the production process of the national economic and socialplay an important role. But incompatible with the pace of development, highway managementsystem has not been given sufficient attention. The lacking of a comprehensive, systematic,freeway management system, not only brings inconvenience and difficulties to highwaymanagement, but also directly affects the good play of the highway service functions.Expressway management system is an important organization form in the publictransportation field to realize government management functions, and it can ensureexpressway operation and management activities to be effectively organized and operated.This paper clarifies the influence of freeway management system related factors, summarizesthe process of our country freeway manages system, discusses about highway managementsystem’s present situation, analyzes some of the more prominent issues in our country’sfreeway management system at present.And on the basis of experience from other developedcountry’s freeway management, we have done some in-depth research and analysis with someproblems in our country’s freeway manages such as managing abusing, separate managementduring different period and abusing of authority, and give some suggestions to improve ourcountry’s freeway management system.In this paper, with the Marx doctrine world view and methodology of guidance, with thehelp of modern administration, the principle of management science, and the absorption ofmany experts and scholars on the basis of research results, we have done some comparativeand comprehensive research about the freeway management system in our country in the newperiod.
