Becausa the inland port can realize the functions of oastal port,it is a good solution tothe problem of the inland areas of foreign trade exchange,it increase the volume of goodstransported and make it more effective,so the inland port attract more attention. But thedevelopment of inland port juts beginning, there is no more mature experience to learnfrom.The theoretical research of inland port is also limited.So the development of inland portget extremely large restraint.The internal infrastructure especially road facilities are thefoundation of inland port. Bearing capacity of road should be research. In this way can makethe development of inland port avoid infrastructure bottleneck restriction or infrastructureconstruction overstepping. So it has very important significance to the development andconstruction of inland port.This paper is base on the related theory of inland port,first summarized the concept andcharacter, of inland port.Then integrate the topical subject of this paper and the theory ofbearing capacity, theory of transport demand and supply demand balance theory. expounds theconcept of hinterland. using the transport demand theory, analyses the forecast thinking andmethods of the transport demand for the hinterland of inland port.Then introduce the methodof transformate the transport demand and volume of traffic.analyse the two levels of therationality of road in inland port.At last paper calculate the road capacity in Xi’aninternational trade and logistics park and analyse its rationality,then give some suggestion. |
