There is islanding phenomenon in the computer data between different design stages ofsubmarine design nowadays in China. The computer data in technological design stage cannotnaturally, continually flow to the construction design. The sharing ratio of the computer databetween technological design and construction design is very low. It is always necessary to makenew modelling when carrying out the construction design, leading to data separation in digitaldesign and considerably influence on design efficiency.The present thesis refers to submarine tube system and concerns the research on connectionmethod and application technologies from technological design to construction design; theestablishment of four layers of the submarine tubing system design, such as the environmentlayer, basis layer, design layer and information layer etc., based on software platform in order toachieve that2D schematic diagram in technological design drives3D comprehensive patternlayout; the achievement of extraction, statistics and output of the3D models comprehensiveinformation by the secondary development; and the assurance of the continuous data flow in theprocess from2D schematic diagram design in technological design to3D comprehensive patternlayout in construction design.Select CATIA as soft platform and carrying out the project environment setting byresearching submarine tube system design environment establishment. Achieve the creation ofthe library and files required by2D schematic diagram design and3D pattern layout design byresearching the basis layer. Successfully create the3D models by using2D schematic diagramand improve the3D comprehensive information of the models by researching the design layer.Achieve the extraction, statistics, display and output of the3D models comprehensiveinformation by the secondary development using VB programming by developing theinformation layer application.Based on the above research, select storage battery water-cooling system as an example toverify the feasibility of the method and the technological approaches by detailed description ofthe basis layer establishment method, design layer application method and information layer extraction method, and the achievement of the2D schematic diagram design in technological to3D comprehensive pattern layout in construction design and further to comprehensiveinformation extraction and output.The present research result can be applied to the whole process sharing and continuous flowof the computer data from technological design,3D comprehensive pattern layout design toconstruction design. It is essential to motivate the digital design in the whole process of thesubmarine development digital design and to increase the utilization rate of the data information.
