Fuel oil is a kind of petroleum products. It has a wide range of applications in many fields. Especially, it is indispensable power oil in large ship. Fuel oil has the characteristic of high viscosity and solidifying point. It is easy to coagulate in the natural temperature.A company business covers mainly in bunkers which can supply fuel for the maritime transport ship. The heating system of the bunker that the company owned used is a steam heating system. It is not in terms of advantage no matter from the work efficiency or operation costs, and it lacks of competitive advantages.This paper according to the company built3600tons bunker fuel heating needs, analyzes the cargo oil heating system, design and realization of the bunker based on heat conduction oil of cargo oil heating system.This paper analyzes the thermal oil system principle of work and the kind of thermal oil system, introduce thermal oil system for heat carrier oil, combined with a fuel supply ship company current situation, undertook the thermal oil system demand analysis. According to the newly built3600tons of bunker’s specific situation, the thermal oil system in the main equipment and pipeline, pipeline for the selection and design, and gives the specific calculation, the bunker’s thermal system implementation provides a detailed design scheme.This paper establishes a monitoring system on the ship thermal oil system which is based on industry configuration software and combines the ship’s actual situation. It is in order to meet the development of modern shipbuilding technology, reduce the operating personnel work strength, convenient system maintenance, and increase the safety of the whole system. At the same time, Configuration software has flexible configuration, to provide users with the rapid construction of the man-machine interface function.Operating personnel in front of the computer can not only monitor workflow of the whole system through the monitoring interface, but also can monitor each cabin oil temperature through the temperature sensor. And it also can analyze the equipment in the system quantitatively through monitoring the real-time data, the historical data lists and the historical data curves. So the running of the whole system can be fully grasped.
