Simulation technology on battlefield environment is one of the most important subjects in modern military research. By deeply researching on simulation principle and discrete system simulation, the paper presents a new kind of discrete event simulating tactics which combines the event dispatching method with the one of static increment.The paper uses UML to create the model of the system, and then using the Object-oriented technology to descript the system. The motion model for the targets and simulating model and data creating algorithm of multi-types sensors are also giving. The event models are present based on the analysis and conclusion of the situation assessment event. To implement the scene of land forces, the paper describes the land battlefield by espionage information and image information. Meanwhile, the paper gives a model which is used to show the land forces, that provides a good view to the scene. The ports to the knowledge base and data fusion centers are created, so the simulation model can connect to other models and change data.It is proved in practice that all demands of debugging and testing for the data fusion system has been met. Based on the combat scenarios, the battlefield environment simulation system can build a virtual battlefield environment, simulate the process of a combat, meanwhile create simulation data, and send them to the center of data fusion.
