Automobile in our country lags behind the advancing level of the world. However, with the emergence of oil crisis, the traditional automobile using oil will eventually be replaced with new-energy automobile. Cell-driven vehicle is one of new-energy automobile. Cell-driven vehicle is the most outstanding deputation to generate the new growth point of pillar industry in our country.The vehicle in China depends on not only the research of vehicle itself but also periphery equipments. This dissertation devotes itself to the latter on for solving the existing problems of my affiliation on the items of charging management of cell-driven vehicles. The research work of this dissertation includes the communication improvement between charging stocks and stations, inter-connection between stations and management center, improving the pattern of customer management as well as customer experience. The management system developed in this dissertation meets the requirement of future business. The attribution and innovation of this dissertation could be concluded as follows.1. The communication between charging stocks and station was improved with CAN bus architecture. Moreover, a new adaptor for USB-CAN was developed to expand the space of future business.2. The inter-connection between station and management center was built to prompt the information share. Stations could upload their newest business data to management center.3. Customer centralized management was proposed to replace the original distributed management, which could overcome the default of high cost of management as well as low management efficiency.4. Customer experience was advanced to expand potential customer.
