Micro-Electro-Mechanical-System is the integration of mechanical elements, sensors, actuators, and electronics micro-fabrication technology. It is used in the medical engineering field and achieved great success especially in the"No Harm, Little Wound"human body inspection. In the diagnosis of human alimentary canal, medical inspectors are the mostly useful equipments of finding the disease focus and sampling the tissue. However those devices have many disadvantages, which restrict the further application in the diagnosis. We invent a capsule size device which will be widely used in the above applications. After being swallowed, it starts to work and records human body parameter even captures the real-time image of alimentary canal and transmits signals out via RF system. To solve the problem of the rate of transmission of the capsule system, we put forward a new solution. In the solution we use ISP1581 as the controller of USB and C8051F310 as micro-controller which control the transmission of the image data. The solution shares the virtues of simpleness, reliability, low consume and high rate. The paper introduces the advantages of the Universal Serial Bus and the protocol USB2.0. On the basis of USB2.0, we discuss the detailed hardware design of the system as well as the software design of firmware and host software. After that, we have a test about the rate of transmission. And the result achieves the expected objectives.Of course, there are many further improvements to make the system practical. At the end of the paper some improving suggestions are brought...
