| With the rapid development of the Chinese economy, the automotiveindustry in China, especially the passenger cars market rapid grows. For thisphenomenon, many experts and scholars in the industry had not been anticipated.On the other hand, with the development of technology, people put forwardmore and more demands for vehicles. The Transmission, for example, not onlywants it to be safe and reliable, but also hope it increasingly user-friendly andmore and more comfortable. Thus was born the automatic transmission。However, in the Chinese market, the Cost of traditional hydraulic automatictransmission is very high. The core technology lies in the hands of foreigners,without any domestic enterprises to master the know-how of design andmanufacturing. The AT development and production is very difficult forChinese enterprise. Now many Chinese companies have begun to research theautomatic mechanical transmission (AMT) to meet the requirements ofenterprise development and vehicle demand.In this article, the author review the overview of the development of AMTand compare it with AT and CVT, so that man can good understand the AMTbasis principle and structure.In order to the shifting regulation of AMT obtainment, many systemfeatures e.g. the transmission control system, the clutch working characteristics,the process of clutch coupling and diaphragm spring characteristic should beinvestigated, and then modeling and simulation.In these AMT systems must the relationship between the workingdisplacement of clutch actuator and the servo motor rotational angle be analyzed, while the balance between the main spring and Auxiliary spring should bemaintained for accurate simulation of the process of coupling.Simulation is a chapter of the focus of this article. The author built a wholemodel of clutch actuator according to the principle of clutch coupling. By thesecan man watch the motion of clutch actuator on model, monitor the change ofsimulation result because of the structure and parameter difference. Then wouldmore credible experimental data be obtained by the import of the rightparameters.By these model and simulation data can man analyze the three movementstages of clutch engagement, the engagement speed to optimize and the controlstrategy of clutch engagement to set up.All of simulation data are real and have be verification on the AMT systemof Weizhi2009Auto, which was produced by Tianjin FAW Xiali AutomobileCo. Ltd. Therefore, the results of this paper, such as the clutch actuator model,shifting actuator models and so can be used in the AMT development processand system matching process.End of the article would a modeling process be discussed. Clutch controlmodel and a vehicle model are combined together. A clutch control strategy isdescribed during the vehicle starting. The comparative analysis of simulationresults and real process of vehicle starting can further verify the correctness ofthe clutch control system model of this paper. These also become the basis ofthe follow-up study. |
