With rapid growth of the economy and the continuous improvement of living standards, energy has become increasingly tense, energy conservation can be reflected in all aspects.compared with the United States and other developed countries, China’s building energy consumption at a relatively low level, the reason is that different levels of indoor environmental requirements, different operating mode and a large population, that due to lower building energy consumption per capita. On the premise of prople are constantly improving to meet the comfort requirements, specialty people are constantly striving for the further to achieve building energy efficiency. Heating energy consumption is the focus of building energy efficiency, the heating energy consumption of the town in northern China accounted for45%of the total building energy consumption, that is the largest conponent of the building energy consumption. Therfore, the study of central heating energy saving measures is particularly important. With the heating network becomes large and more complicated, the triditional heating mode has many problems, such as poor operation and adjustment, low quality heating and serious energy consumption waste. It can’t meet the real heating needs, to create a large of energy-savings space for the implementation of the inverter technology. Distributed frequency heating system has many advatages, such as low energy consumption, high system stability and good controllability. On the basis of the study of distributed frequency conversion pumps by foreign and domestic scholars, in this paper, it gives the research significance of the distributed frequency transmission network. It propose a distributed design ideas through the study of traditional power-concentrated waste heat energy conversion systems. Based on the study of frequency principle and performance, using the graph theory and the three laws set up theoretical model of the pipe network, by solving and analysis, learn the lowest energy consumption of the pipe network. Set programs of different numbers of power plant design and the different positions, simulation analysis to find the most excellent program, last, analyze the economy of the each program. In this paper, it not only proposes theories, but also gives specific examples of projects, verified energy-saving advantages of the distributed power frequency conversion pipeline system by the Project. And this paper briefly describes the regulation characteristics and stability properties of the system.
