| Poyang Lake is China’s largest freshwater lake, facing the severe situation of water resources, strengthen and improve the management of water resources legal system is the key to protect water resources. But the existing water resources management in the existing laws and regulations, make water natural resources reasonable development, use, protection in, management has many insufficiencies. In this paper, through the analysis of present situation of water resources of Poyang Lake, Poyang Lake water resources administrative laws and regulations concerning the management of existing problems, the full reference to foreign law of watershed management, the successful experience and combined with the actual situation in Poyang Lake, to perfect the administrative management system of water resources in Poyang Lake are discussed. |
