| Poyang lake ecological economic zone is one of the important active areas in the southern economy in China, from the new China was founded; it is the first zone in Jiangxi province to rise to economic zone of the national strategy. With the development of the new type of urbanization construction,, due to the historical reasons, the influence of factors such as geographical features, the new urbanization construction is faced with a series of challenges. How to update the planning idea, constructing ecological garden city, livable city and low carbon cities, is the key questions to be resolved in the process of urbanization.Green technology also known as environmental friendly technology or ecological technology is put forward in the 1970 s in the West Country. In essence it is required to take comprehensive consideration of ecological, social and economic effect, to achieve sustainable development, which is consistent with the essence of the new urbanization. Therefore, green technology is the inevitably choice of new urbanization of Poyang lake ecological economic zone. And how to combine the social economic development and ecological environment characteristics, the study of the new green technologies for the construction of urbanization, is important guarantee for the sustainable development of urban construction of the Poyang lake ecological economic zone. Therefore, this research is of important theory value and practical significance.This paper firstly described the research background, research purpose and meaning,research contents and methods, etc, combed and reviewed the related foreign research results,which were the basis of the research; Secondly, defined the new connotation of the concept of urbanization, and green technology, and carried on the theoretical discussion from the two aspects of ecological city and sustainable development of Poyang lake ecological economic zone; Then the regional characteristics of Poyang lake ecological economic zone, new urbanization construction achievements were analyzed, pointed out the current challenges in the new urbanization construction, and proposed that the green technology is the inevitable choice of the new construction and development of urbanization. This paper introduced the practice of the construction of the new type of urbanization at home and abroad, provided certain reference for new green technology research in the construction of urbanization; Then,specific studies in the construction of green traffic planning, green public service facilities planning and monomer building techniques, such as green energy saving technology; Finally,introduced the practice of yingtan city town, and put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions. |
