Study On The Construction Of New Socialist Countryside Of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone Based On Green Building Technology

In recent years, the country set off a wave of the construction of new socialist countryside. Throughout the present new countryside, most of them have some problems,such as single construction mode, diseconomy, high residential energy consumption, high cost of public facilities construction. Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone takes as "green and ecology" as the development concept, so the study of the construction of new socialist countryside of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone Based on green building technology is of great significance.Take The Poyang Lake Eco Economic Zone as the research object in this paper, this paper study and explore the construction of new socialist countryside based on the appropriate green building technology through theoretical analysis, field research and other methods. First of all, make a simple analysis of the natural environment of the area, energy distribution, rural development process, and analysis of the existing problems in the construction of new socialist countryside of the area through the field research. On this basis, make a depth study about the construction of new socialist countryside of the area combing with the green building technology,the specific research content and results include two aspects. First,combing with the actual situation in the region, concluded that new rural communities is the best model of the construction of new socialist countryside through a summary of the model of new rural construction. Second, analyse and research the planning and layout of new rural communities, residential energy saving design, new energy utilization technology, and other aspects combined with the green building technology. Which aspect of community planning including community site, function, integration strategy, the layout of the building toward spacing, construction of public facilities, green energy strategy, energy saving residential planning, landscape design, residential energy-saving level including residential graphic design energy conservation strategy, as well as the external walls, roof, doors and windows of suitable energy-saving technologies. Finally, put forward the sample of Gan she Village’s construction of new socialist countryside based on the results. It can be used to guide the construction of new socialist countryside of Gan she Village.
