Exper Imental Study Of Asphalt Pavement Recycling Technology

Currently, the recycle technology of old asphalt mixture has become one of the international main methods for reconstruction and maintenance of highway. Asphalt pavement recycling can save a lot of asphalt, gravel and other raw materials, is also conducive to dealing with waste, protect the environment. Article is based on the development of renewable technologies at home and abroad asphalt application, describes the old asphalt pavement recycling of construction of several commonly used methods, and focuses on the current application site thermal regeneration technology, more features and construction techniques. Taking plant—mix heat recycle technology as an object of study, key technologies such as the evaluation of old asphalt material performance, the proportioning ratio design of recycled asphalt mixture and processing etc are studied. Laboratory test and practical construction show that recycled asphalt mixture has good performance for pavement an d remarkable economic and social benefit.
