The industrialization and urbanization has brought great economic prosperity in theworld, but also brought some sharp environmental and social contradictions and otherproblems. The contradiction among resources, ecological environment and humandevelopment needs is more and more serious. Green building is the key way which willmake the world’s construction industry by the black industry turn to the green andsustainable development industry. It is also a concrete manifestation of the concept ofsustainable development in the construction industry, and the development trends anddirection of the world’s construction. At first, this paper introduces and reviews the development and current status of greenbuilding and green building evaluation and focuses on the BREEAM of British,CASBEE of Japan, LEED of the U.S., as well as "green rating standards" of China. It isalso made a comprehensive analysis of the green building evaluation of China and theworld. Against to the unsatisfactory place for green building evaluation system, thedifficult to combine the evaluation index system and the practice of building particularly,it is proposed that to establish a dynamic evaluation system for green building which isobject to building resource depletion, building environment suitability, and the persistenceof the system. With the advantage of principal component analysis on the data processing,a establishment of the green building evaluation model to adapt to the index systemcharacteristics and consider the data constraints had been made in this paper. In this paper,Suzhou Harmony Constellation project, for example, has been made the technicalfeasibility analysis and the economic analysis of green building of green buildingassessment.
