The Design And Research On Ceramsite Block Palletizing Machine

The full name of Ceramsite block is Ceramsite-reinforced aerated concrete block, which belongs to new-style environmental protection material and is fragile particularly when it is stacking. As the stacking process has a lot of defects, the requirement of the special Ceramsite block automatic production line especially block pallet part of the design is very urgent.The main contents and results of this article are as follows:1. According to the crispness of the blocks, this article designed a program of palletizing machine. It got a method of stacking mechanism which contained pushing device, stacking device, rotary bearing device and tray device by contrasting different programs. With less injury to blocks and high efficiency are the main characteristics of the last program.2. The article took motion and force analysis to the two key components of the palletizing machine. After setting the displacement time of each member, this paper got the parameters by motion simulation and force analysis. Then its feedbacks for the method of time distribution had made it better. Finally, It provided a basis of mechanics analysis, motors selection and got a best movement scheme.3. With the evaluation of the mechanical properties of the pallet components through the static analysis and modal analysis for the two key components of the palletizing machine and the analysis of the deformation and stress condition in the maximum static load, natural frequency and order modal for each part of the components could be obtained, and then its dynamic characteristics also could be evaluated. The results meet the standards.Finally, this paper had designed a kind of suitable automatic palletizing machine for ceramsite block. Material could be transferred along one direction, so there is less damage and higher efficiency for the material palletizing. Fragile materials could be stacked by this palletizing machine, especially for ceramsite block.
