Automatic palletizing is a relatively new technology.Auto-palletizing technology has been applied in metallurgical enterprises abroad since the end of 1970 s.According to incomplete statistics,the automatic palletizing technology of section steel products is mainly used in some large domestic iron and steel enterprises and a few private enterprises.Most small enterprises still use manual palletizing because of insufficient funds and technical strength,which makes the production efficiency low and can not form large-scale production.As a kind of section steel products,light rail has not yet the ability of automatic palletizing in China because of its complex end shape.First analyzed the requirements of light rail palletizing,and then compared the difficulties of light rail palletizing with other common types of steel products.Through comparative analysis,the breakthrough point of realizing automatic palletizing of light rail was found,and the solution of automatic palletizing of light rail was put forward.In this paper,a set of automatic light rail palletizing equipment is designed to realize automatic palletizing of light rail products on the premise of meeting the technological requirements of light rail palletizing.Through market research and relevant enterprise benchmarking,a set of light rail automatic palletizer is designed,which was composed of chain translation mechanism,planar connecting rod stepping mechanism,forward palletizing transverse mechanism,magnetic reversal palletizing mechanism,hydraulic lifting platform mechanism,hydraulic clamping mechanism,conveying translation roller track and so on.SolidWorks software was used to complete the three-dimensional modeling of the above-mentioned mechanisms,and the principles and workflow of each mechanism were introduced in detail in combination with the model diagram.Finally,several key components are selected for theoretical calculation,which can meet the design and use requirements.Figure52,Table12,Reference 57...
