Mindmap Of Cost Management In The Project’s Whole Process Of Construction

The task of this article is to achieve effective management of construction projects and their active cost. Based on his work experiences and the understanding of the spirit of datament and informationization, the author has argued the following elementary principles:construction payment is the main work; investment must be under the financial estimates; contrast management is the major object; budget statement is the basic unit. With the help of mindmap, the author analyzed all the details, drew mindmaps of Cost Management in the Project’s Whole Process of Construction, clarified the logic’s and data’s relationship step by step, completed the requirement analysis, and developed a software system.
