With rapid development of computer technology and Internet, new techniquemeans are continuously provided for the development of the Internet managementsystem. At the same time, the means of information management system are always ontheir way to informationization and computerization and its development andapplication are being promoted, accompanied with the development of techniques andsocial productivity. In recent years, telescopes continue to make breakthroughs,astronomy has been greatly developed, more and more experts、scholars and amateurastronomers hope that they can operate the telescope simply and easily, real-time viewof astronomical wonders. In this paper, we use of existing network resources, telescoperesources, establish a telescope remote control and management information systemsbased on B/S mode.In this research the Telescope Remote Control and Management System Based onB/S Patterns is designed and realized. The present situation of the system, the analysisof the demand for the system are also clarified. The respective features of diffferentdeveloping models are compared in detail and some related technique issues on thebasis of B/S models are discussed in this paper. UML skills are used to help design thissystem. B/S systematic structure, the back-stage SQL database supported by SQLServer are adopted. And Macromedia Dreamweaver is also adopted to realize thesystematic function.This thesis Begins with the analysis of the customers’ demand for the system. Andthe systematic function module is built up.The sub-system, such as database, access tothe system, the management of the users’ rights and the information management isdesigned and tested in detail and the related functions are realized. The designingprocess of the system and database are focused on in this paper, especailly therelationship between figures and the agreement between figures in order to reducetheunnecessary figures.This system is made sure to manage the information by means ofactive pages supported by ASP technique. The operation of inquiring, inserting, correcting and deleting is designed so as to share information among users on theinternet.Solutions to the Teacher--Information Management System Based on B/S Patternsare very economical and open. There are no worries about the matters of intellectualproperty rights. In addition, the interface is directly perceived and easy to operate. Theidentity testing for accessing is insured for the safety of the system. The systematicfunction is realized by the identities accessing to it. This system has backup function.
