China is a per capita resource-poor countries, the high energy consumption of residentialbuildings is unable to maintain sustainable development. Therefore, energy-efficiency isimperative. Under the relevant national policies, building energy efficiency technologies aredeveloping rapidly. Solar energy as an emerging renewable energy, because of its safety, green, renewable and wide distribution has been widely promoted. BIPV is a new application of solarpower, solar photovoltaic components are installed in the building envelope or the outer surfaceto provide electricity, in the system solar generator set is perfectly integrated in the wall or roof. This article we do a research on the comprehensive energy efficiency of Guangzhou City xxresidential BIPV systems, research contents are as follows:1. Provide the basis of residential location, and meteorological characteristics, characteristics oflight to analyze the possibility of demonstration BIPV design and installation of PV modules2. Two photovoltaic power supply system of networking, that is,20KW Grid-38KW off-gridsolar photovoltaic power supply system, in terms of the formation program, componentselection, the economic benefit analysis and the comprehensive energy consumption study forthe Party to select3. Natural lights for the application of light pipe for the underground clubs, on the basis of thefeasibility study proposed two options to choose from. Also, a set of intelligent control systemsis used in conjunction with electrical lighting systems. The article based entirely on engineering practice, therefore limitations are exiting. But it hassome role in guiding the design of similar BIPV.
