Solar energy has been utilized in Yunnan provance, however defects occur such as small size in scale, defficiency in hate collocted. As such brings about large area occupied, costing too much in land, and impact up landscape, therefore the defects may become the technical bottlenect of promoting centralized heat supply, relying on mainly solar energy. The thesis designed the auto-solar-system, compacted with the centralized light vacumm column (None indigenous intellectual property rights). The operational data were collected which provided the designing indexes for its further enlarging. The scale of the project indicates it a demonstration project.The study group had carried on pre-studies, researching the energy consumption in industrial park of Yunnan province, carried out experimental study experiments. The research results indicated that it was very positive to develop multi-energy resources complementarily distributed systems, relying mainly on solar energy. This study summarized previous research results and existing problems, further optimizing them. This author though designing, installation, debugging improved the heat collection efficiency and the heat preserving efficiency of the water tank and the pipes.1Design a solar central heating systemBased on previous research results, the author designed a solar central heating system.2The research on improving the solar heat collecting efficiencyThe early experiments used trough type solar collector with high costs and long period of the capital recovered. Previous research results and the existing problems triggered this experiment system utilizing eccentric heat tube solar collector. The average per unit time solar heat gain was2005.47J/s of old system, and the new system is4063.89J/s. The cost of light cube solar collector is lower than trough collector, but the collection efficiency is higher, therefore with higher practical application value.3Improve the heat preservation effect of heat storage tank The early research in the study of heat storage tank used polyester foam material with huge heat lose. It was not ideal heat preservation materials. In this study, heat storage tank was HDG modular water tanks with thermal insulation layer of80mm thick polyurethane. In this experiment, water temperature of the tank dropping per hour was less than1℃. The average heat loss was only1.58%and the per unit time heat loss was39.56kJ/min. The tank had a good heat preservation effect.4Improve the effect of pipe insulationIn previous research, the research group used three layers to pipe heat preservation as aluminum foil, glass cotton and rubber sponge. Its cooling speed was too high. In this study, the author chose polyurethane as the main thermal insulation layer and the thermal insulation material were glass cotton, glass cotton, rubber sponge, polyurethane, polyurethane and aluminum foil. The average heat loss rate was1.88%and the average heat loss is480.70J/min. The old system heat loss was876J/min. So the pipeline heat preservation performance of the system had been improved.5Economic benefit analysisThis article analyzing initial investment, operating cost, service life, and energy conservation and emissions reduction of the solar central heating system indicated that this system can provide a year of effective heat of679603.05MJ and have a shorter payback period and higher economic feasibility, comparing with other heat sources system.6Environmental benefit analysisThis article analyzing the environmental benefit of a daily producing10tons of80℃hot water in solar energy system indicated that annual saving amount of standard coal was37.19t. The emission reductions of carbon dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide and fuel dust respectively were614.47t,7.25t,13.39t and22.31t in15years.This project basing on the previous studies and the actual situation, meanwhile, collecting local meteorological data, designed a solar central heating system. The project also installed moduled the system. The thesis researched the actual engineering application indexes and the results were with important practical reference value and significance for the application of solar energy resources in Yunnan province.
