In recent years, with the continuous development of China’s social and economicconditions, energy consumption growing day by day, followed by the climbed investmentcost of the basic. So it leads to a variety of safety and pollution risks.Although making use ofenergy has brought long-term progress to the social development.,but it also has brought greatdamage to the survival of the human environment.Earth wind and solar energy are nowgenerally believed to be one of the most ideal pollution-free environment green energy. Andthe related technology has also obtained the full progress in the last few years.Wind and solartechnology overcame the limitations of the two single energy utilization.Wind and solarpower generation system as a flexible and stable energy supply system, will become to be animportant direction of research and application of new energy utilization.With the process of urbanization in China, not only large and medium-sized cities, aswell as the majority of the rural areas are also planned street lighting, street lights everywherehas become an integral part of our night-work life equipment.But the traditional street lightspower consumption,Installation and construction of large span are all have the lengthtransmission line.Sharp increase in the demand for new energy in modern society, Wind andsolar power systems provide economical power support for those in the non-electric state,sparsely populated, low electricity load and inaccessible areas.Wind and solar power supplysystemis also in line with the development trend of green energy.This article hope through research on wind, solar street lighting technology, propose apractical Baiyun Lake street lighting design project program, the main content of:1、Introduced the structure principle and the development trend of wind and solarlighting system;2、the Guangzhou Baiyun Lake area light and wind conditions are analyzed,corresponding to the matched power storage system, meet the Baiyun Lake Street Lightingelectrical energy needs, solve the off-grid power supply problem;3、For Guangzhou’s actual scenery energy situation and the actual needs of BaiyunLake planning, conduct lighting engineering design.
