Floor system as one of the main components of the structure, not only plays a supportingvertical load and horizontal load transfer function, or vertical bearing structure level support. In a building, In one building, due to the large floor area, number of layers, floor cost about30%above of the total construction cost, and as the number of houses increases, thepercentage has gradually increased, Floor weight increased as the number of floors, make upa large proportion of construction combined; reduction in height of the floor system, toreduce the architectural layers high, increasing the Number of floors, as well as the entireconstruction is of great economic significance, thus lowering the cost and weight of the slab, floor height reduction is critical to the whole building. Reinforced concrete floor usingdifferent structural forms, not only directly affects the stress and deformation of structure, butalso on the construction cost, construction, duration, as well as building insulation, heatinsulation, interior lighting and architectural effect had an impact. At the same time, indifferent circumstances, economic and reasonable selection of floor structure, to ensure thatbuilding capacity, stiffness, durability, as well as improving seismic performance of windresistance, also play an important role. Therefore, studies economic and technical indicatorsfor concrete floor system, at the time of initial design how to choose economical floor system,is very important, but also will bring significant economic and social benefits. This paper first according to the domestic and foreign research conclusion, and find fourspecies comparison economic of floor system (1、in situ one-way plate rib Liang Lougai;2、in situ well type floor;3、 cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor system;4、 prestressed rib beamfloor), calculated the four floor systems in different span (6m,8m,10m,12m), differentloads (building surface constant contains are take3.5kN/m~2, live load were taken5kN/m~2,and10kN/m~2, and15kN/m~2) The amount and cost of materials and a comprehensiveeconomic analysis of the four floor system, came to the floor under a different span, loadselection, for designers at the time of initial design reference, avoids the step of analysis fromscratch, save time and improve efficiency.
