In electrolysis industry, large-capacity transformer rectifier has an ir replaceable role. For these large capacity rectifier transformers, low voltage flowing through the coil induces a large current inevitably large leakage magnetic field, coupled with particularity the leakage magnetic field distribution, and circulating currents between the wire winding around the cause additional loss increases, resulting in the winding overheating, affecting the life of the transformer. Therefore, an accurate calculation of the parallel branch current plays a crucial role to reduce circulation loss.This thesis established a calculation model of a rectifier transformer magnetic leakage, which can add multiple coils, i.e. phase coil, high voltage coil or some low voltage coils, because the magnetic field of transformer is ax symmetric, so combined with the circuit equations of the transformer,we can enumerate magnetic field equations according to the characteristics of ax symmetric field, deriving the formula for calculating the circular current loss, then using C# language to compile the calculation method of circular current loss and an interactive interface, finally the calculation of a transformer station 60000 kVA circulation losses, and compared with the results of commercial software, and describes the advantages of the software, such as transformer coils can visually observe the model to calculate the eddy current losses observed magnetic lines. This paper also analyzes the effect of the height of the low voltage coil end portion of the end portion of current, and changing the difference between the low pressure circulation loss cake tur ns per coil, and finally a single helical coil as an example, the coil structure is optimized to find the most transposition excellent point, these results for the design of the transformer has an extremely important significance.
