A rapid, accurate and complete analysis of unite economic performance is necessary for power plant. This paper took a135MW circulating fluidized power unite for instance, compiled simulation procedure with the language of Fortran on the platform of IMMS.By running the program, we get the curve fitting of some parameters under different operating conditions. When the unit is in a low load operation, the consumption of coal is greater. Through the theoretical calculation, we can get the result:the consumption deviation coefficient of exhaust steam pressure>the consumption deviation coefficient of main stream pressure> the consumption deviation coefficient of reheat temperature> the consumption deviation coefficient of main steam temperature> the consumption deviation coefficient of condensate supercooling degree.In order to reduce the burden of real-time calculations, we introduce the concept of consumption deviation coefficient. The research of load characteristics of the consumption deviation coefficient plays an important role in the real-time calculations.
