Applications Of Fuzzy Control For The Coordinated Control System Of Thermal Power Generating Unit In DCS

As the rapid development of our power generation business, the research on the coordinated system of thermal power generating unit also become deeply. The coordinated control become the most difficult and important problem of power plant control because of the special characters of the turbine and boiler.The key of coordinated control is strategy, but the traditional way of PID control is very difficult to reach the requirements, so using some advanced control strategy instead of PID become the current development direction. As we know, the fuzzy control used in engineering control field becoming more and more with the development of fuzzy theory. The key point of this paper is how to control the coordinated system with the fuzzy algorithm.This article in view of the parts of140MW boiler-turbine, in the thorough of study the characteristics of the coordinated system and the control strategy, the author designed the DEB coordinated control strategy and make it realized in the distributed control system of HDPF. At the same time decoup the coordinated system object model, in view of the main steam pressure was always affected of the side of the boiler, and difficult to control, designed the fuzzy controller of coordinated system main steam pressure control loop, simulink the algorithm in MATLAB/Simulink and compare with the PID strategy. The simulation results show that the fuzzy control algorithm that used in the main steam pressure control can get better effect, compared with PID control, it put up the response speed and good robustness.In order to make the fuzzy controller get more extensive application, this paper through the calculation of fuzzy algorithm decomposition, using SAMA drawing configuration, implemented in the structure of the fuzzy controller.
