By analyzing and studying CCS of domestic large scale power generation unit, in this paper, we design a CCS of 330MW turbine-generator unit for MengDa Company and give detailed analysis.The system is a Direct Energy Balance one. The feed-forward signal of the boiler's master controller is dynamic differential of Direct Energy. The feed-forward signal of the turbine's master controller is dynamic differential of NSP. The application of the two signals greatly improves the function of the control system. The feedback signal of the boiler's master controller is a thermal signal, which suggests a more accurate measurement about the fuel amount burned in the boiler in balanced and unbalanced working conditions. It is simple and practical. The master controller of the turbine is regulated by series power. The assistant controller applies P1 as a feedback signal. It isn't affected by non-linearity and dead area of turbine regulator..
