Because of so many people and so largeresidential area, the residential energy-saving in the rural area has been drawn moreand more attention. The economic in rural of Hunan province is not developed, andthe area is belonged to hot summer and cold winter region. Because of limited capitalinvestment and adverse weather conditions, more rules will been required to meet theneed of residential energy-saving in rural area.
