Research On The Evolution Of Commercial Space Structure In Wuhan Under The Influence Of Rail Rapid Transit

At present, our domestic cities are in the rapid development of urbanization and the urban space is rapidly expanding. Because of the lack of safe, swift, and a large capacity of traffic channel between the city central area and its surrounding areas, it caused an overcrowded traffic. At the same time, it also caused the single center "booth pie" type of mode city development which generally exists in our city. According to the contradiction between rapid development of urban space and the lag of urban transportation development, most of the domestic cities have basically established high-density rail rapid transit development plan, and some have entered or will enter into the rapid development stage of RRT. However, as the most active factors of city space structure,the city commercial space will surely be effected by RRT during rapid development stage of RRT. Through the adjustment and optimization, it can make the evolution and reconstructions of the commercial space structure in the new period come true.This research starts from the system theory of the influence that the RRT have on the city commercial space. It combines the result of domestic and foreign research, and illustrates in detail of the concept of the RRT, city commercial space, comercial space structure and so on. And it also makes a clear defining on the research time and scope. It will make the central region representative city Wuhan as a example to illustrate the influence of RRT on the city commercial space. Through the data collection and verification which are collected from the cities which are mature in domestic and foreign RRT construction, the research states that the RRT network system will have a influence on city commercial space structure step by step in the process of continuous improvement. At the same time, the city commercial space structure also has a guiding role in the initial stage of RRT construction. So it established the mechanism of the effect of interaction. And then for this premise, the research not only concludes the status of development of Wuhan city commercial space and RRT, but also collects related factors for which RRT influence commercial space structure. Finally, in the study indicated above, the research predicts the several stage of Wuhan city commercial space structure combining with the stage of RRT construction, and it thinks the general rules for which the RRT construction interacts with commercial space of Wuhan has a referential meaning to Changsha that is also an important city of central region.
