With the rapid process of urbanization in China, many large and medium-sized city are facing various of urban problems, such as traffic congestion, environmental pollution, poor living environment, unreasonable city spatial structure and so on.Under the pressure of many problems, with the advantages of large capacity, fast speed, high efficiency and convenient, rail transit has played a positive role in optimize spatial structure, integrate population distribution and urban resources, to promote the sustainable development of the city. Rail transit is not only becoming one of the efficient ways of solving traffic jam, but also is regarded as the essential means to promote the development of regional economy. So commercial rail transit station has an important position in promoting the optimization of urban spatial structure.The essential influence factors of city functional layout are the topological relationship of rail transit structure and the multi-level network structure.With the development of urban spatial structure theory, the traditional central place theory of business organizations expose its limitation. More and more scholars began to explore the essence of city multi-level network, and came to a conclusion that a city's functions, to a large extent, depends on the space topological structure of the city.In order to study the effects of the network structure on the commercial distribution, the article embarks from the macroscopic view urban design and the medium measure station field, use space syntax as the main research methods, in Tianjin old city commercial type rail site as the breakthrough point, discusses the multi-level network structure of commercial type track site surrounding space, to contrast the calculated results and the current situation of distribution, in order to find the mutual influence mechanism of spatial network and commercial distribution, themed by forms and functions.After stated the background topics, research significance and content, the article is related to the theory research of domestic and foreign rail site area space and generalizes city commercial distribution. In TOD, multilevel network structure and analyzes the basis of the theory of space syntax, analysis of Tianjin downtown street network, rail transit network and the 4 case sites. By space syntax as the main technical means, to quantitative analyze its spatial topological relation andstreet network fabric characteristics. And then compare the field survey and the results of overlay analysis, to discuss the inosculation of commercial outlets distribution and street level network topology.The analysis results show that the city function is affected by the spatial network topology relations to a large extent. In the macroscopic location, city commercial space tend to occupy the interchange of high level network, and the compact district of low level road network, good connection degree, high local integration area.In medium measure of rail transit station area, the stimulation of business activity rely on the exchange chance of people and traffic brings during exercise.And the aggregation degree of different formats of commercial outlets is related to the specific travel scale of city multilevel network structure.
