From environmental quality assessment and Environmental Burden inresidential area two aspects to build the environmental impact assessment model. Andthrough the evaluation of environmental impact in Huarong county Xingfu townhousing estate to analysis the factors which influence the housing quality. Part fivebased on the above research, come up with environment Optimization Strategy in lakerural housing estate from three aspects: Ecological Safety protection, ecological factor optimization, and put forward the Coupled Model of housing estate andenvironmental factor.
