Perspective Of Urban-rural Integration Research On Reorganizing Of Spatial Structure Of City-town In Panjin City

The development of urban-rural integration is the key point, which must be brokenthrough to promote the national strategic economic restructuring, keep long-term economicstability and rapid growth target. Based on the Panjin City’s own unique background andresource, this article sat Panjin City’s urban spatial restructuring as the main objects to studythe aspirations of urban development，transformation of urban spatial structure and thestrategy of space dealing with.This article consider that the previous regional planning in the economic, social andecological planning of the city can be coordinated, and turned into the space planning throughresearch for the urban spatial structure, which is a beneficial attempt. To study urban spatialstructure in the perspective of urban–rural integration, there is guidance from the theoreticaldevelopment; what’s more, it provides a more comprehensive understanding of thedevelopment of the region. Aiming at the characteristics of Panjin city, this article provides avarious analysis on the trend of urban space development, followed by which, spatial planningof urban-rural integration is discussed.The first and second chapters of the article constitute the first part. The part ofintroduction is discussion on the background of the study, the scope and purpose. Taking thetheory and practice as the title, the second chapter discusses theories of urban-rural integrationand regional urban space, The article do a summary of the experience of urban-rural integrateddevelopment both from China and abroad, which forms the further research discussion basis.The third part of the article is to explore the evolution of city and town space in Panjin. InPanjin, resource-based character is the realistic basis for restructuring and development ofurban-rural integration, Spatial development strategy must be based on the demands oftransformation development. In this section, according to the objective basis of transformation,the article discusses the evolution tends of the city and town space; Panjin has Richgeographic resources, port development and wetland eco-tourism development provides apowerful impetus for the transformation development, the article introduces the concept ofregional new urban space to discuss the new space and the new district factor in regionaldevelopment; Finally, within the co-ordination framework of urban-rural integrationdevelopment the article proposes the strategy urban spatial structure.The fourth part of the article settled in the spatial planning in Panjin City, Based on theanalysis of third part in Article, this part make a summary and elaboration on strategies of integration and development strategies of space integration; Then, makes guide strategies ofthe urban system construction and Zoning reorganization in urban-rural-orientation; Thearticle discusses the development of rural space from three aspects: from urban and rural spacesystems, land consolidation, and the space control; Finally, the article discusses the urban-ruralintegration planning in Panjin City and the implementation.
