Research On Urban And Rural Spatial Planning Strategy Of Fu County In Yan'an City

Cities(counties),towns and villages and their surroundings constitute the basic urban-rural space,with functions such as "production,life,ecology",etc.It is a carrier for urban and rural activities.Against the background of urban-rural integration and the construction of beautiful villages,the disorderly expansion between towns and villages has a certain impact on the regional space,resulting in waste of resources,environmental damage,and increasingly contradictions between man,nature,and society.The regional spatial planning of urban and rural areas needs to be intensive,efficient,ecological and systematic.In development,urban and rural regional space needs to be freely and openly combined and optimized between regions,so as to guide the optimization and upgrading of urban and rural spatial planning.Taking urban-rural integration,population urbanization,beautiful environment,intensive and efficient,and sustainable development as the core,the new urbanization of land urbanization has become the consensus of urban-rural integration development.In the future,vast areas in the central and western regions will become the leading areas for new urbanization.Due to its typicalness and particularity,Fu County in Yan'an will face more opportunities and challenges in urban and rural development.Therefore,in the context of urban-rural integration and the construction of beautiful villages,the new transformation of urban and rural regional spatial planning will surely become an important subject of urban and rural planning and development in Fuxian,Yan'an.Starting from the background of promoting urban-rural integration,this paper sorts out and summarizes the current status and related theories of urban and rural regional spatial planning at home and abroad,analyzes the current status of urban and rural development in Fu County,and the problems faced by urban and rural planning in Fu County,and discusses urban and rural areas.The necessity of spatial planning and the expected goals of urban and rural spatial planning.The factors affecting the spatial planning of urban and rural areas in Fuxian were analyzed from the aspects of natural conditions,ecological conditions,industrial planning,and population mobility,so as to facilitate the overall layout of urban and rural planning and development in Fuxian.Taking the problem as the guide,I made a countermeasure study on the problems existing in the current urban and rural regional spatial planning of Fu County,and combined the planning needs and government regulation to determine the urban and rural regional space of the “development core + serial axis + network promotion” in Fu County The planning method,that is,"leading development with the government as the core,promoting construction as the axis of urban and rural construction,and promoting coordinated development with network propaganda",made a strategy of urban and rural spatial planning in Fuxian from four aspects of ecology,industry,urban and rural coordination,and comprehensive facilities the study.
