Induction heating is to use the principle of electromagnetic induction to convert electrical energy into heat energy of a kind of heating mode, is a non-contact heating.So far,Induction heating is widely used in metal melting, heating, welding, tube bending, surface quenching heating and heat treatment industries.With different artifacts, different craft, need different power operating frequency and output power.In some applications:Such as quenching, heat treatment, hope workpiece heat penetration depth that the thinner the better.Penetration depth is determined by the skin effect of electromagnetic field,The frequency of the alternating current is higher, the skin effect is more serious.This request of induction heating power supply frequency to improve,So, the research of high frequency induction heating power supply has practical significance.The main research object is the intelligent induction heating power, with SCR as the switching device, a load circuit using a parallel resonant structure, completed the design of intelligent induction heating power supply. Increase the frequency of induction heating power supply, power and inverter startup is difficult.It introduced the history and the basic knowledge of induction heating technology,and the development of power devices and the induction heating,technology are introduced as well.compares the two basic resonant topologies and the parallel one is mainly focused.Its basic performing principle.Through the analysis of different operating states,it is pointed out that a capacitive quasi-resonant state is safe and efficient working condition for a parallel inverter.A starting method is brought forward which switch the starting form separate exciting to self-exciting successfully;PLL(Phase Lock Loop)technology is employed to realized the frequency tracing and constant phase angle control.This topic in the intelligent is mainly reflected in the following aspects:constant power control, man-machine interface, frequency acquisition and phase sequence self-adaptation.
