With the rapid development of the global economy more and more modern buildings are built up all over the world. So the elevator number is increasing rapidly. But the performance and power consumption problem become larger and larger. The traditional elevator used the Pump-up circuits to convert the regeneration energy to the heat to consume it, while the reversible servo drive system can solve this problem. So the research is very useful and will bring us the obvious energy-saving effect.First, the paper introduces a simulator model of the reversible servo drive system under the environment of MATLAB\Simulink. The simulation is done to proof the feasibility of the research and also as the guide to the real experiments later. Then, the whole system can be divided into two main parts:reversible rectifier module and the servo inverter module. The hardware is designed and turns into a DSP universal PCB which can be used in both the rectifier and the inverter parts. Two DSP universal PCBs,2IGBT power boards, combined with the relays, the DC capacitance and the PMSM to build up the whole hardware platform of the system.Based on the hardware platform, the software is programmed and designed. The reversible power module uses the grid voltage oriented space vector PWM control, and uses the voltage loop and current loop to get a stable DC voltage, also with a rapid dynamic response. The servo inverter module uses the rotor field oriented space vector PWM control, and uses the speed loop and current loop to run the PMSM. After that experiments are done to debug the code and analyze the results. At last, the elevator door motor system is researched. Introduce the methods to judge whether the door is stuck or not and methods to restrict the closing force to meet GB7588-2003. And experiments are done with the tension senor to prove them.
