The green logistics is the idea of sustainable development into the enterprise logisticsplanning and logistics management activities, the ecological environment and economicdevelopment is linked into one organic whole of reciprocal causation. In many case,enterprise logistics system have very strict requirements on gas emissions and fires hazardon the transport vehicle, the fuel vehicles is disabled, to adapt the requirements pureelectric vehicles is the best choice. Pure electric vehicle driven by electric energy drivemotor, uses a battery as an energy storage device, low energy consumption, low noise, noexhaust emission and zero emissions requirements, meet the green logistics resourcesaving, low energy consumption, recycling and other characteristics.This paper will be based on the amount of cargo and running speed, combined withmechanical design principle design of electric vehicle, which can complete the stating,steering and brakes and other basic functions, battery as the energy storage device, motordriven the rear wheels to achieve drive.During the transport process, the frame is the key structure, directly bear the pressure,it not only bear the load weight, but also bear the counterforce and tension from the ground.The structure form of frame has a very important influence on bearing and walkingperformance. This paper will be based on performance simulation analysis of vehicleframe, established the finite element model as basic unit, on this base, through the staticstress analysis of tow kinds of state to find out the weak link of frame; And doing themodal analysis for frame, determine the frame of performance parameters, optimizationframe structure. Finally, based on the quality of frame as the goal, the stress change as theconditions, the frame section and the overall improvement of design, through analysis andcomparison, the new frame structure is lighter and better.
