In recent years, government has taken a serious of management measures to reduce the energy consumption in public buildings. As the important spot of energy conservation and emissions reduction, split-type air conditioners are widely used in public buildings such as government buildings, schools, hospitals and shopping malls. Most air conditioners are not controlled in a centralized-control system, which makes the energy-saving problem outstanding. According to statistics, the energy consumption by air conditioners accounts for about 20% in total consumption of public buildings every year. It is necessary to adopt advanced energy-saving and monitoring technology. Energy-consumption equipment should be managed scientific. Measures should be taken to improve energy efficiency and to achieve the goal of energy conservation and emissions reduction. This paper mainly studies split-type air conditioner energy-saving group control system, including the simulation software, the establishment of control system and the research of control strategies. Main contents in this thesis are as follows:(1) The mechanical structure and electrical schematic of common split-type air-conditioners are analyzed. The model of split-type air conditioner is built and simulated by Matlab/Simulink. And then, the model is converted into C code by the RTW function module in Matlab/Simulink.(2) The generated C code has been compiled and verified in VS2010, in the IDE (integrated development environment). The interface variables had been set and the code then compiled to DLL file. Split-type air conditioner simulation software was written to call the DLL file, which makes the model run directly on Windows environment.(3) Two control strategies are summarized and a grid incentive based split-type air conditioner energy-saving group control strategy is provided after a survey of split-type air conditioner control strategies at home and abroad.(4) A split-type air conditioner energy-saving group control system has been built, and the principle of the hardware system and the software flowchart were analyzed. The three strategies then were tested and analyzed in three major areas: energy consumption control, electric charge and the actual temperature control effect. The correctness and feasibility of this strategy was verified.
