Design And Implementation Of Manufacturing Production Management System Of Yanfeng Key Ltd.

Yanfeng Key Automobile Security System Co. Ltd. is a Sino-foreign joint venture company who has advanced product technology and management idea. To consolidate its competition advantage, the company invested in developing a new manufacturing production management system to realize through informatization and accuracy of the company’s manufacturing management.Based on the real demand of the company’s manufacturing management, this thesis discusses the design and implementation of its manufacturing production management information system. First, it briefly summarizes related management idea and software technology principle, analyzes the main function demands, including manufacturing base data management, manufacturing schedule management, manufacturing supplies management, and manufacturing status monitoring, etc. On the basis of system demand analysis, it further discusses the system’s main function frames, manufacturing database, design scenario of some main management function units, and implementation of the main program and testing. This information system software bases on client-server structure, with Windows as its client platform and Oracle business relational database as its server. All the main transaction processing functions are developed by SQL and conducted in the database server, some computing concentrated processing programs are developed by Java. This software is stable and reliable in test running, test shows that it basically reaches the function demands and developing goals.
