The topics to my school and business cooperation projects, as the background for the lack of traditional CAD software, design features varying parameters, can not support the variant, serialization design, the design cycle length, design the high cost of design, there is substantial duplication of labor, about the use of parametric design technology, in the original AutoCAD software is based on secondary development of a way to build tooling parametric design system, thus achieving the turbine pumping parametric tooling design and data management.The typical mold tooling parts flange drilling as an example, the system parameter design to achieve the general process: in .NET development environment using the powerful C# language for the development of tools, combined with AutoCAD 2006 the open programming interface and object-oriented technology, design parameters independent of AutoCAD2006 design interface; use MySQL software to establish a database, and use C# connect to the database, tooling parts to achieve basic information and data storage and query functions; programming tooling parts feature-based modeling, through the input parameters, call the program, driving CAD,tooling parts in order to achieve the parameters of the automatic mapping feature.For the traditional process, the pressure vessel in the circular cylinder block thickness designed using empirical formulas, there is a serious issue of waste materials, this topic made using ANSYS software for different diameter circular blocking plate to withstand the pressure when the state of finite element analysis method, reached a different diameter, plugging plate thickness of a group of the best - the pressure corresponding to the value of the best values on income under the same conditions calculated by the empirical formula of a comparative analysis of the data and calculations, and the amendment of experience formula coefficient. Finally pressure experiments using the revised formula for authentication,the results show that the revised formula to meet the security at the same time than by the empirical formula designed to save at least 30% of the thickness of the material.
