In the market of development and construction of real estate, the cost management of landscaping projects has an influence on the effectiveness directly. Cost control is a kind of management behavior that according to the targets of cost management established in a certain period and within the function of cost control subject the corporations take a series of precautions and regulations before the production cost and in the process of cost control so as to make sure of the realization of the targets of cost management. In the majority of Chinese landscape enterprises, the cost management of landscaping projects in urban community is becoming more and more important with the gradual development of management of landscaping projects in the city. That is to say, the cost management has become a necessary part of the deep development of landscaping projects. It presents the essential characteristics of the management of landscaping projects in urban community and has practical meaning and function. Based on these, the paper is intended to investigate the methods of cost control in the management of landscaping projects in urban community.The content of this research is centered on:(1)the literature review of the cost control in management of landscaping projects in urban community.
