Research Of The Control On The Cost Of Indemnificatory Housing Projects

Housing problem is an important livelihood issues, the Chinese government attaches great importance to solve the housing problems of urban residents, and continuously improves the housing system, which is the Government’s affordable housing projects to improve people’s livelihood, regulation of prices an effective macroeconomic policy. Affordable housing refers to people’s governments designated business unit repurchase cost housing, public rental housing, as well as sales to the specific object of affordable housing in accordance with policies and regulations, price of commercial housing (including affordable housing, mutatis mutandis, price of commercial housing management) and other types of housing have to protect nature. This paper aims to cost structure and cost factors of affordable housing project analysis, summarize the cost of affordable housing project control features and cost control process problems, suggest improvements affordable housing project cost control, for the same implementation types of projects provide a useful reference value.This paper systematically studied abroad on real estate projects, status of affordable housing project cost control, collate and summarize the relevant research methods and theories.
