The development of marine tourism in BeiHai City is gradually becoming an industry has great potential.Along with the tourism ships quantity gradually increase in Beihai, the marine traffic flow density will increase year by year. Plus BeiHai City itself is a port city, and in beibu Gulf fishing, navigation density is bigger, tourism ships sailing risk is relatively bigger. In addition, the tourism ships as a manned vehicle, once the water traffic accident occurred, will pose a serious threat to people’s lives and property safety. Especially of major safety accidents, will bring serious social impacts. So analysis the influence of BeiHai City tourism ships on the environment of water transportation, and full control of their safety management status is necessary, which are the necessary steps to put forward practical proposals for navigation safety.This paper analyzes the status of tourism ships safety development in domestic and foreign countries.
