In recent years,the virtual instrument technology have developed rapidly,making the interdisciplinary topic more and more attention.As a new research field,it is worth studying.The object of research is helicopter instrument.The system includes acquisition subsystem,signal analysis and processing subsystem,the lower-layer link subsystem and control subsystem,which focus on the the research and design of the virtual instrument detection system.Acquisition subsystem use data acquisition card and signal conditioning box as the data acquisition equipment. According to the characteristics of the helicopter’s engine temperature and hydraulic,digital potentiometer simulate sensor signals,acquisition of analog signals to detect the instrument performance index.In order to meet the accuracy of acquisition subsystem.the collection frequency go to1MHz and data point could recover the signal well.Signal analysis and processing subsystem is the key to detecting,to meet effectiveness and real-time,making high demands on detection model and process.Signal conditioning circuit need to complete the signal conversion and switching.Based on signal analysis and processing subsystem of the hardware,the system lead into signal processing theory and virtual instruments coordination role is designed and implemented in the allocation and virtual instrument automatically performs the role of switching model.The system use different detection methods and all the signals meet the technical manual processes requirement.Low-layer link subsystem is connection data acquisition card hardware to upper application layer.The sub-VI hierarchy greatly facilitates the system design,also prepare for making the extension and further research for detection of the helicopter instrument.In accordance with the user’s design requirements,the highest-layer of the hierarchy is the control layer, compiling and debugging the main program,designing management and rights of user logon,establishing a database to record,save and query historical data.Finally,this paper show the results of the system,which point out the shortcomings and deficiencies,and propose the future development and prospects.
