With the development of modern life, public health has been concerned more and more.The appearance of Gymnastic horse brings the Gospel of health to the public. It could not only release neck and back but also shape body type.This topic is based on the achievement of predecessors’gymnastic horse mechanical figure and MCU control system is added, which makes the product a complete mechatronics functional system. According to the closed-loop mechanical control system brought by presupposition, each function unit is modularized, which includes controller module, keyboard module, speed control module, speed detection module and display module. Finally, the feasibility of the system function is tested simulationally.Because of its rich internal memory resources and three16programmable Timers, MCU AT89C52is chosen for the control system of the core. Keyboard module uses independent keyboard and timing scanning working pattern. And timing-interrupt service function is used as its software program design. LED is selected for the main hardware of the display module, which is in common anode pattern. Display module adopts serial-in-parallel-out eight bits latches as its static display driver; The LED display sub-function is written based on the latch principle and digital tubes connection rule.In Speed control module, PWM pulse is output by the method of software on the basic of DC motor speed governing characteristics and practical economical demand and interrupt service functions are adopted. Permanent-magnet DC motor is used as the drive source of the whole control system which selected L298for the motor drive chip in this module. In Speed detection module, the hall switch is choosen as the core hardware for DC motor speed measuring and digital pulse signal output. In the software program design, outer interrupt service function and timing-interrupt service function are co-complishing the mission of the module. Language C is written in the Keil software during the whole program design.Simulation circuit is drawn in the Proteus emulation software according to the practical circuit diagram designed in Protel. Download the well-written programming file into the simulation circuit, observe the work state of the circuit and the alternation of the software operating. Realize the joint debugging simulation of Proteus and Keil, which proves the feasibility of the mechanical control system design.
