With the development of computer technology, network technology, communication technology and artificial technology, contemporary manufacturing industry is booming and turing networked, global, and intellectual, In this background, netwoeked manufacturing emerged. Networked manufacturing is an advanced manufacturing mode, which is aimed at fasting market demand reponse and enhancing companies, competitive power, and is taked by the companise to cope with the challenge by knowledge economy and manufayuring globalization. Under the new manufacturing mode, the traditional model of technical services can not meet the needs of users.Networked technical service refers to procide customers with the services, knowledge and information they need, while using Internet and Web technology. It is a new technology service mode on the basis of the development of networked manufacturing. As a new idear, networked technical service system of oriented product process is designed to adapt to fasting market demand reponse and provideing efficient technical services for the manufacturing enterprises.In this paper, the main research works are:(1) Based on large number of literature materials, the definition, connotation and characteristics, main research contens, and reaearch actuality and the development trend home and abroad of networked technical service of oriented product process are introduced. Meanwhile, research significance is illustrated.(2) Study the process of production technology service features, and expounds the concept of production process and the features of manufacturing process of traditional technology services and technical service network, and given the production process of network technology service system of workflow.(3) In order to improve the service efficiency facing the manufacturing process of the network technology service system, this thesis using the semantic identification algorithm basing the ontology, including intelligent search to the text concept, sentences, numerical and instances of ontology, can improve the efficiency of network technology service.(4) In this paper, we use fuzzy AHP combining the Hungarian algorithm through calculation, which can effectively improve the task queue of network technical service and the assigned reliability.(5) Based on the theory combining the actual needs of a manufacturing enterprise in shenyang, this paper conducted development of network technology services prototype system facing the production process. Through numerical examples, it verified the correctness of the theory and the feasibility of the prototype system.
