With the computer technology and the rapid development of microelectronic technology, makes the Internet has become the most important social development of the infrastructure. Popularization and development of Internet makes network era material into people’s daily lives, but also for industrial control of information sharing network to provide a strong guarantee. On the other hand, the rapid development of the national economy and electricity network load increase rapidly increasing inductive power also. Combination of reactive power compensation and Internet information sharing, to build the SVC real-time controler based on embedded Web Server has become the main research content of this article.This SVC control system according to actual demand, combined with the idea of modularization, use of Web Server and multi-core processing technology, built a Web Server in the SVC-based real-time controller. According to the principles of High cohesion and low coupling of the modular design, Controller’s control functions are divided to multiple processing units, analog sampling and digital signal processor computation unit by the DSP to achieve, and algorithm based on instantaneous reactive power parameters of dynamic reactive power compensation; the human-computer interaction and Web Server unit by the ARM920T microprocessor core to achieve; all internal control logic controller unit from the field programmable logic device CPLD site in accordance with the principles of the harmonized to achieve. Combination of system software RTOS design thinking, design an interrupt-based multi-task multi-priority scheduling, real-time according to different levels of system and functional requirements for event processing mode or the message processing model. Immediately to reflect event handling mode and the implementation of message processing model is generated when the incident occurred when a message has not implemented this scheduling policy is ideal for periodic and aperiodic task scheduling system integration.Finally, compensation according to the requirements of SVC controller, the corresponding trigger point for experiments to verify the correctness of the compensation angle is triggered, and the future need to do the job described.
