With the rapid development of China’s national economy and acceleration of theprocess of urbanization, urban traffic congestion is increasingly becoming the focus ofattention. One-way traffic as a relatively simple organizational measures, have obviousadvantages to improve the link capacity and vehicle speed and to reduce trafficaccidents. So it has been paid more and more attention and provide a new idea toeffectively solve the problem of increasingly serious traffic congestion.
