Traffic jams have serious influence on urban residents travel comfort,urban roadnetwork density is different, road load degree is not the same,the use of dynamic trafficmanagement,signal control and traffic induced dynamic coordinated control, integrationof road network equilibrium improving comfort travel has the vital significance.Through the use of video data acquisition instrument,ultrasonic speed acquisitioninstrument equipment, such as congestion in tianjin area of inherent attributes,fieldsurvey traffic flow parameters,analysis of the characteristics of the regional road networkcongestion feature, determine the scope of the study area and its classification method;On the basis of actual survey data, using the analytic hierarchy process analysis theintersection delay, saturation and travel speed are the main factors influencing theregional road network unblocked reliability, and establish the regional road network (unit)the unblocked reliability evaluation system, set up the regional road network unblockedreliability evaluation model; Using the measurements of the regional road networksections of saturation and travel speed, calibration of BPR function model, get the roadimpedance function model of regional road network;Using the road network intersectiondelay data to improve HCM delay model and putting forward suitable delay model forroad network;To build the regional road network model of the impedance function.Through the investigation and analysis of traffic behavior, based on traffic flowtheory, the largest utility design of hutong area traffic induction programme, puts forwardthe regional road network dynamic coordinated control strategy based on drivers’ trafficbehavior, and tests them by imitation of the VISSIM simulation software, the resultsshow that the dynamic coordinated control strategy can reduce the delay of14.9%,shorten the travel time of10.7%.The paper based on the regional road network traffic imbalance, such as trafficcongestion phenomenon, through the driver’s traffic behavior, road traffic flowparameters and the analysis of the attributes of the road, is a dynamic coordinationcontrol research, not only improving the efficiency of the regional road network transport,but also reflecting the people-oriented design concept, to improve the road safety,comfort has important social significance and practical significance.
