On the basis of “Performance and Analysis Research on Design and KeyConstruction Technologies of Vertical transfer on Steel-Concrete Composite Bridge” ofthe Western Transportation Construction Science and Technology Projects(200631881448), a kind of prefabricated steel box-concrete continuous rigid framebridge is proposed by our supervisor, combining relying project,its mechanical behaviorand structure characteristics is introduced in this paper. Shear connector which suitablefor this structure is studied. The mechanical behavior of S-PC shear connector isresearched by the push-out test simulated with ABAQUS solid finite element analysis.A series of theoretical analysis is developed, combining with the results of finiteelement calculation. The primary recognition of S-PC shear connector structuralbehavior from loading to failure process is formed. The main research work is asfollows:①According to the construction and stucture characteristics of prefabricated steelbox-prestressed concrete rigid frame bridge, S-PC connector is proposed. The structureof the S-PC shear connector is drafted.②320cm range of steel box and prestressed concrete slab with shear connectorsalong the transverse is taken, and the longitudinal piece precast slab length is1.5m. Thetransfer mechanism and structure performance of S-PC shear connector is researched bythe push-out test simulated with ABAQUS solid finite element analysis.③The cracking load of the concrete slab and the yield load of the S-PC shearconnector are studied, stress state of the concrete and S-PC shear connector isresearched on cracking load and yield load.④The shear allocation of each shear connectors is studied in working load.⑤The failure condition of the S-PC shear connector is studied.
